Arkansas Second Jurisdiction COGIC 1st Music Hall of Fame
(North Little Rock, AR) – The Church of God in Christ, AR Second Jurisdiction
Music Department is having its first Music Hall of Fame, Saturday, April 19th at
Greater New Bibleway Church of God in Christ on 22nd & Franklin Streets in
North Little Rock. This event will induct persons who have been major
contributors to the Second Jurisdiction Music Department.
This years' inductees will include Mrs. Jean LaFlora Dell of Atlanta, GA. There will
be persons who are inducted posthumously, they include Elder Wesley T.
Lambert, Jr., Mother Nettie Sledge and Mrs. Gladys Hill. All of whom were apart of
building this Jurisdictional Music Department and their legacies live on through
their work and their children not only in music but in other areas as well..
The black-tie affair will begin promptly at 7PM and promises to be an evening
filled with tributes, music and dance. Bishop D. L. Lindsey is our Jurisdictional
Prelate and Donna L. Robinson is the Jurisdictional Music President. This event is
open to the public for a $10 donation that will include entry into the affair and the
