Hello!

I pray you were richly blessed during the Christmas holiday and that
you continue to walk in the favor of God.

On next week will be the beginning of the State Planning
Conference, starting on Wednesday the 7th and ending on Friday
the 9th.  We are looking for you to be a part of the Conference not
only in ministering but in administrative input.  We want to know what
you want from this Department and how can we effectively implement
those needs.

My concern is training. I see a need for more training in the
Jurisdiction.  I would like to know how we can reach more churches
so that they can receive the training that is needed.  We try to do it
in the State AIM but that is not working, so we need to try something
else. Training is needed starting with the musicians and the ministry
leaders and then it will filter on down (hopefully)!

Some ideas for 2009 are: We would like to do the Throw Back
Concert again to see if we can generate finance for a guest artist.
We want to do the Hall of Fame again so we need to hear from you
concerning applicants for that.
I would like to do "A Song is Born".  We have too much talent for it
not to be showcased!

Those are just a few ideas that we have been throwing around for
the new year but I truly desire to hear what you feel about them or
what else you might want to do for the coming year.

Need to hear from you soon!
